Nice premisy as well as cottage, good location close to the sea, very friendly and helpfull owner Peter:-)

Peace and quiet, outdoorsy experience within an enclosed area.

Quality of place in terms of the state of the property such as some things should have been repaired and not left in their dilapidated state, for example the main glass door could not be closed easily due to the almost broken locking mechanism, the comfort of the room wasn't improved from the last time I came years before (2-storey villa but no air con on the second floor), no TV channels or cable, no toiletries or beverages provided (a kettle for boiling water is provided though). Basically, it just provides a place to stay without the in room provisions. So, you're just paying a relatively high price for the aesthetic effect of the place (it is a much nicer place as compared to the typical chalets within the area). If you are there to have a feel of staying in a chalet that is private and away from the public, then this place may be to your liking. However, if you need to have a proper place of stay that provides the comforts of a hotel lodging for the amount that you pay, then this place does not cut it. Especially if you're with little children.
