GBLovely little place with easy parking in the church car park just behind, very friendly and the little extras of coffee scones etc were great
USLocation is 5 minute walk to 55 bus stop at the park, downtown, 10 minutes to super value, 12 minute walk to train station. Cosy, well appointed with rugs, clock, hooks. Condiments, tea , coffee, bread, milk & cereal provided. Host picked me up at the bus stop. Very welcome as raining and no # on outside door to find it. A sign says “no mail.”
Kitchenette needed a few extras- potholders, dish towel, paring knife. Bed dipped in middle, was soft. Lots of stairs to bedroom and bathroom. Beware as traffic goes by very fast.
GBGreat communication from Graham, I knew where to park and how to collect the keys before I arrived. He also checked in with me during the stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The bedroom was large and beautifully bright and sunny in the afternoons, a lovely space to spend time in. Would definitely stay again.

IEOur host provided cereal,milk, bottled water, tea & coffee which was much appreciated. As we were only staying one night this saved us a trip to the shop.
The bathroom toilet flush wasn't working properly.
GBGBIt's a beautifully refurbished home. The kitchen facility is fine, there are items for your breakfast and the bathroom was spotless. I have to say, it was good to find that it was such a lovely property, and not just some kind of Heritage place as a shrine to the Clancy Brothers (much as I loved them!).
Nothing, really! The bed wasn't quite to my taste, in terms of springing, firmness etc., but that's a very personal thing. Also, just to be aware, there's no outdoor space available.
