Very courteous staff. Prompt service.

The staff promises something, another says it is not possible. No hot water in the bathroom. When we complained they said you should have telephoned in the morning requesting hot water. The assurances given at checkin were denied by other staff members at the reception

Break fast should be improved

Toilets should be improved.

I booked 4 rooms (including a family room) 3 months ago. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide me a family room at the time of check-in. They said that it’s already sold out. Last thing, I booked superior double rooms and it also didn’t match the original booking room. The rooms are standard double room instead of superior double rooms.

The room was spacious and balcony was good, cleanliness & maintainence was okay

That's worst complementary breakfast we ever had, lunch pizza was totally burnt, all paneer currries are in same taste nothing much authentic in food, if anyone are will to go have ur food outside that's far better
