Property was good and clean. Staff was courteous during check in.

I recently stayed at with my family and while the stay itself was quite ok, my experience with the city tour package arranged through the hotel left something to be desired. Starting with the positives, the hotel provided well-maintained room with decent amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive. The location was not convenient and breakfast was just ok. However, I did book a city tour package through the hotel, hoping for a seamless experience. Unfortunately, this aspect was disappointing. The tour turned out to be overpriced, and I later realized that I could have booked a similar tour for a fraction of the cost with another provider. Worse still, the tour guide had a clear preference for certain shops and restaurants along the way, where it became evident he was receiving commissions. At every stop, I was subtly pressured to buy items or services, which was uncomfortable and detracted from the tour experience. In summary, I would recommend caution when booking excursions through them. If you’re planning tours, it might be worth exploring other reputable providers to avoid the inflated prices and commission-driven experiences I encountered.

What I didnt like is the room. They gave me a room which was far inferior than the room they had shown. This was very much disappointing as value for money was not justified. This should not happen in future.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the prime.
