The location is beautiful and relaxing. The reception staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The beds in the rooms were excellent. It is a tranquil resort, which is also a problem as it is rather far from most of Vang Vieng.

This facility is very, very Chinese. It is quite apparent that they cater to, and prefer, Chinese guests. The restaurant staff was not very friendly or helpful. As no one in our group was Chinese, no effort was made to make us feel welcome. The morning breakfast was nothing but a disappointment. Our group of 5 adults could not find anything worth eating on the buffet.
