ESITFR- Très jolie chambre traditionnelle, c'est une expérience à vivre ! - La partie onsen est géniale ! 1 sauna, 2 fauteuils massant, 3 onsen / bain chauds dont 1 joli en extérieur, onsen acceptant les tatouages, shampoing + après shampoing+ crème hydratante à volonté... - Possibilité de dîner traditionnel sur place, très bon - Nous avons pu empiler plusieurs futons pour un meilleur confort la nuit
- L'emplacement est loin du centre mais on le savait à l'avance. En revanche attention très peu de restaurants dans la zone - Lors du dîner traditionnel nous n'avons eu aucune explication sur ce qu'on mangeait, on a juste été servi sans un mot. Même si c'était très bon c'était un peu impersonnel - Attention il ne s'agit pas d'un ryokan un peu "intime", c'est plutôt un hôtel avec des dizaines de chambres sur plusieurs étages

USWe stayed here for 2 nights (2 rooms, 2 adults per room). The staff were very friendly and helpful and they even gave us rides back to the station, and into town for the festival. They also helped us with dinner reservations.
The staff had a little difficulty speaking/understanding English and one night's dinner reservation was just the local mall and the "fast food" style foo found in the food court. Not the best recommendation. Also, we found the tatami beds too hard, though that is probably more reflective on the style of bed rather than the hotel.
