Ljubazno osoblje Odlična lokacija Obezbeđen parking Čistoća objekta

Lokacija je zelo dobra, saj se apartma nahaja tik ob morju. Zelo prostoren apartma, dovolj velik za veliko družino.

Oprema kuhinje je bila precej skromna.

Apartament z pięknym widokiem, blisko centrum, miejsce parkingowe w cenie, bardzo miła właścicielka pozwoliła nam później się wymeldować i zostawić samochód na parkingu w dniu wyjazdu żebyśmy mogli jeszcze przejść się po okolicy, bardzo dobry kontakt i łatwość w komunikacji.

Lokalizacja na bookingu była trochę źle oznaczona, na początku był mały problem żeby trafić na miejsce ale po kontakcie przez WhatsApp od razu dostaliśmy dokładną informacje w którym miejscu znajduje się apartament.

Googlemaps took us to a road that doesn't exist. There is a gate and house instead of a road. Then from here, one cannot get to the location without going all the way around the town - 20minutes tricky one way systems - busy town drive. It really is quite insane. I questioned the boss about this. Her vocal reply was, "cancel and find somewhere else if you don't like it" and "you should whatsapp or call us" (even though we have no sim for montenegro), and "there is a road there - only locals can see it" (not true). I asked why not put written directions on the site / booking- she replied "we don't want to do this - call us if at a dead end" (sim issue again so not a good solution). These people fail to realise that the first few minutes of arrival are so important, especially after a long trip. Then no offer for help with bags, no apology, no drink in room, checkout 10am (crazy), and construction noise out front. Room is nice enough though - but all the above kills that. Plastic flowers in a 63euro room is simply unacceptable. In morning, no apology. Cold energy. 10 years behind Europe and most of Asia. Avoid.....and avoid any defensive / attacking reply below.

Очень грязно в номере, не работает кондиционер с него льет ввода ручьем, сломана дверная ручка в туалете, отсутствует возможность закрыть дверь.
