Beautiful location and accommodation. Lovely rooms and surroundings, the family and staff were so welcoming! We were lucky to stay on a Friday for pizza night - make sure that you book as it's incredibly busy and so worth it. The Piemonte cream pizza is amazing. Breakfast was also fantastic. Thank you to Arianna et al, and we will stay longer next time (after Rob watches Braveheart!).

Nothing, perfetto.

This a beautiful and very special stay! Arianna and their whole family make you feel like family and take such heartwarming care for you! Everything is built in wood and just so nice, even the kids playground which they loved. The pools where too cold for me during end December but the jacuzzi was perfect! Breakfast and dinners were lovely and we loved the pizza night! Thank you for a wonderful stay! The surrounding area is beautiful for travel

We stayed in a 5 person room and i felt it requires some improvement - the beds are great but the sofa is tiny and there is no place for all of us to sit in comfort.. and also cold was getting in from outside and heating was not enough for the down floor. The upper floor was warm and nice :) Also there was not enough hot water for 5 people to take a shower.. it ran out. These were small disadvantages and despite these we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay thank to the hosts great care and the beautiful property!

We had a great stay, the property is very nice renovated. You can still see how it has been and how it’s transformed into a special holiday stay. The family has good tips for hikes in the neighbourhood and sightseeing. And they have the best local food and wines. We love it!

The property is amazing, beautiful location, a lot of attention to details and to the general vibe and atmosphere. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and simply excellent.

Nice isolated location, very good dinners

We had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel. On our last night we were informed that during the evening the place would host a party with “some music”. It turned out that during the entire evening until 1 am at night there was a very loud and noisy party with the DJ pounding bass that was literally shaking the walls. It was uncomfortable to eat outside, sleep or do anything else. We were holed up in our room with nothing we could do to block the loud music and shouting. The next morning the owners weren’t apologetic at all and were very rude when we stressed our discomfort. It is their own right to host as many parties as they like, but it would have been helpful to know in advance when booking and not having to find out a few hours before. We wanted peace and quiet in the mountains but instead got a Club Med pool party in our room.

There is a nice pool and great views. The restaurant was also very good with friendly staff.

We stayed for four nights in summer. At the end we were surprised to receive a surcharge of 35 euros per day for use of the swimming pool. This should have been clearly stated on booking.
