"Its good for a stay at the price offered but the property needs an UPS and pest control done"

Location is good, facilities are value based, no issues.

There is no UPS and night was horrible as there were frequent long hours power cuts. Couldnt sleep properly as it was hot weather. The place had cockroaches under the cots and kitchen sink, its a studio flat so kitchen is near to the bed space.
