Excellent location, helpful and kind staff, free laundry, nice breakfast in the morning, besides free drinks during the day in the kitchen,good room with enough spaces for our bags

The room had no window and warmed up quite fast, besides we could not set up the AC properly so it worked only with “extra fan”, was disturbing as it was directly coming to our bed/to us.

Super hôtel, très bon emplacement dans Kyoto et des équipements très satisfaisants. La salle de repas avec micro-ondes et fontaines à disposition est un vrai plus Mention spéciale pour le personnel toujours très sympathique et présent pour répondre à nos besoins

Le seul bémol serait le petit déjeuner qui fut pour ma part un peu décevant. Mais pour le prix auquel il est proposé cela reste très correct

The location was great, next to a metro station, next to the beautifull river, walkable at day or night. Next to Kiyomizu with a lot of shrines and places to walk to. 10-15 minute walk to Kōdaiji Temple. 5 minute walk to the start of the Kiyamachi-dori. Great location. Hotel staff was really friendly and eager to help.

It might be me but from the images I thought the room was a little bit bigger. If you tried to open even a cabin luggage in the middle of the room there was no space for anything else. Our big luggages were an issue to open and manage.
