Naujai įrengtas, didelė patogi lova, netoli jūra.

Kadangi nėra orkaitės, būtų gerai bent mikrobangų krosnelė, laiptinėj nepabaigti turėklai (nesaugu su mažesniu vaiku), ir žinoma darbininkai, tvarkantys kiemą.
