Basement studio apartment

Location was great, lovely spot. Dog friendly and safe , back from road. Milk in fridge for tea in the morning. Sky tv and comfy bed

Louise was very helpful ., she looked after my friends for whom I arranged the booking .

The host was very helpful , looking after the young couple , a friend , his wife and baby for whom I organized the booking .

Bright, modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Very private and peaceful with a small private outdoor area. 5 minute walk to pub doing nice food and traditional pub for a pint. Had everything we needed to put together a simple evening meal and breakfast and basics like tea/coffee/sugar/condiments provided. Host is very pleasant and responsive.

It's not walking distance to the town but with everything you need nearby it didn't matter. For us the peaceful location was preferred.

The space, the garden, the comfy bed

This is lovely apartment in the side basement if a private home at Ballina. Nicely equipped- large king sized bed, very comfortable chairs. Owner very good with communications I can highly recommend this apartment

booked really late due to travel issues and it all worked out well If I was staying in the area would deffo use it again, it is a lovely facility.
