"We booked this apartment but received a message from them saying that the accommodation would not be"

We booked this apartment because check in was supposed to be available at 18.00 but we received a text saying it would not be available until 21.00. We replied and said that it was not acceptable but they refused to alter the timing . I was very disappointed at this and was forced to make a different booking. I want to have a refund of This booking because of breach of contract. I sincerely hope you can arrange this for me so I can continue to book through Booking.com which I have been a customer of for many years. I await your response on this. Thank you. Eric Gates.
