MONO Apartments Saragozza

This place is just like home to us. We stayed for 10days and we enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent and very local vibes.

Nothing.

Super clean, very well equipped and spacious apartment. It was heated, silent, very well located, easy to access. No worries, no stress, it made our Bologna trip fantastic and relaxing.

The host was extremely nice, responsive, and helpful. The flat is amazing, it is on the ground floor which makes it super practical. Juices and sparkling wine were waiting for us in the fridge. :) Everything is super clean, nice furniture, and all the appliances are in the kitchen. The beds are cosy and comfortable. We loved it and would return to the same apartment when we visit the beautiful Bologna again. Thanks for everything.

No complaints, we loved the flat.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped with towels, coffee maker, basic toiletries and sundries: more than many apartments provide. They also had up useful information sheet. The process to get the keys was simple enough. The sofa bed was as comfortable as a normal bed and really easy to take in and out. The decor is lovely and modern too. Reasonably priced so definitely recommend.

The traditional floor is beautiful but cold in the winter so take some slippers! There was no kettle for tea so I used a pan to boil water. There was an extra throw in the main bedroom but could have done with some extra blankets for the kids. The heating is good and on, but I think the temperature is just due to the nature of the old building.

excellent location, nice spacey flat on ground floor, great walking location close to main attractions by walk, great access to coffees, restaurants and small grocery shops. We felt really safe and the surrounding area was clean. Kitchen was well equipped even with small coffee machine and coffee pods provided but we were missing cattle or small pot to boil water for tea. Overall once we managed to connect to Michaela she was helpful.

Upon the arrival the keys were missing in the safety box. This could happen of course I totally understand it. BUT I was annoyed by the fact that nobody answered my calls/sms for 20 minutes!!! We indicated the fact that we will arrive by car and we received the advice where to park our car which was great. But nobody told us the fact that this flat is in traffic restricted zone called ZTL, which means that you have to walk approx 10min (Staveco parking) with all your luggage in hand. Secondly I could not manage to turn off ZTL in my navigation (Waze & GMaps) so it caused some discomfort. Thanks to owners we managed to resolve this issue but I would expect proactive communication - information rather than reactive solution finding as with us. The bathroom is very tiny (narrow) and it must be challenging for some corpulent (fat) people. Last but not least the check out is at 10am which was misleading as booking confirmation said before 11am, so we didn't manage on time but it was accepted by owners.

The size of the flat was great, the sofa bed superhandy, we basically had everything we needed!

Very narrow bathroom but it was clean and nicely made up. The wooden floor tiles in the shower was perhaps unnecessary, how can the shower get properly cleaned with these… pretty but not sanitary.

Only small complaint was that it came up on a filter with parking but there wasn’t any. I think this should be adjusted.
