"HOST WAS NOT BEING RESPONSIVE"

The host was extremely late to response.... i've called him multiple times but he didn't pick up...till my friend had to call using his number then only the host picked up. We were offered a different room key and we ended up not taking it due to the outside of the room was not clean enough
