USCarlos is a very helpful host, and he speaks both English and Spanish. He stayed up late to let me in when my flight was delayed into the middle of the night, and he communicated well with me via WhatsApp every step of the way leading up to my arrival. He was also able to help my friend and I book an overnight bus from the best bus terminal nearby. Miguel is also happy to help!
