The hotel appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The welcoming masala tea on arrival was the best. The room matched the description on its profile, meaning it came with a large square bay window with sitting cushion, and a set of doors opening to a narrow balcony). I noticed the very clean sheets and pillow cases (they seemed to have been professionally washed - and this was a very important feature). The restaurant located on the rooftop terrace served only vegetarian meals, but the food was absolutely d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s. All meals were made on order, cooked fresh right in front of you. The chef put lots of heart/love in every dish he prepared. The hotel encourages its guests to take advantage of its own restaurant; thus food from outside would not be allowed inside the premises. The hotel is conveniently located near all attractions (the Fort, blue neighbourhoods, stepwell, the clock tower, etc). From the rooftop, there is good clear view of the Fort.

There was ongoing issues with the hot water system, which seemed to “switch itself off” very often. Upon being notified, the staff would promptly turn the switch on, and hot water would flow after 5 minutes, so it wasn’t really a big issue (but having to contact the owner multiple times on this problem during my stay was a nuisance!)

Beautiful old Haveli having best attending staff. Famous stepwell was very close and clock bazar was also on feets. Fresh food prepared as per requirement and the best part was their live kitchen so it's very satisfying. Definately recommended

The stay is in city center and almost walkable distance to almost all the major attractions. This is a unique stay with lot of history and the room we stayed was one of the best room I stayed with it's raw and antique ambiance. A big shout out to the host for his hospitality and going beyond to make sure the guests are feeling comfortable. One of the best experience that I had in Rajasthan. Host Nikhil was very kind and Helpful boy. Would recommend this stay for an unforgettable experience.

Location

First we were not given the room we had booked. No mountain view. Then they changed the room after a lot of dilly dallying and told us we have to pay slightly more if we need a better room. Yet the room did not have the facilities as promised. No geyser in room. The geyser was shared with another room that created a lot of confusion and lack of comfort. It didn't have TV and the room absolutely didn't match the picture shared on Bookings.com. Cleaning and hygiene was also not upto the mark. No exhaust in the bathroom. Lastly the property charged us way too much than the price quoted on Bookings.com. Instead of 5500₹ approx +taxes as shown on Bookings.com, they charged us 8900 for the room for 3 nights. I did overstay about 8 hours on 17th and for that they charged us 1500₹ extra over and above the 8700₹. Lastly when we mentioned that this practice of charging more than Bookings.com is unfair, they cancelled our booking on Bookings.com to avoid ratings and feedback and told me to confirm that "I didn't stay" when I receive the cancellation message from Bookings.com. I believe they made us pay the bill amount to someone else's Paytm account to avoid proof. Extreme malpractice. And exceedingly disappointed with Bookings.com for not keeping a tab on such imposters.

Well located hotel very clean and comfort bed rooftop was outstding an very good owner over all. Very good experience

Clean room and is on great location. Owner was really helpful and arranged the bike for us so we could explore the city at the night time . We had dinner at the rooftop and it was nice.Overall it was great stay
