NZ2 Properties - Location and Size was good for 8 had everything you needed. option for 10 ok with the pull out couches
Yes the Communication from the Property was a little slow, but worked out all good in the end. If you don't communicate Ie send the arrival details the day before , It is a little nerve racking. The spa had no instructions and only half full. No encouraging to use.

The information and photos on Booking.com related to two different properties as one. It was confusing. especially around lake view.
NZIt had everything we needed. Cozy, comfortable, warm easy to find. They had little things already available at the home when we arrived which just made the stay extra nice. Wood & stuff for the fire, milk & eggs, toiletries etc. easy nice stroll to lake front. Small park next door our kids loved. Would stay here again.
The only thing was the pressure of the shower. But it’s not a major. And there was someone’s dirty sock in the couch when we pulled out the pull out sofa bed 😅. Not enough to ruin our stay. Still great accom & would book it again!
