"Location good only due to the proximity of our families' home."

My wife and I shared the room and almost daily we had to ask for a 2nd bath towel and a wash cloth. One day we had no shampoo or soap. The staff gladly obliged, but asking was unnecessary.

We booked our room online about 6 weeks prior to our stay and requested a room with a view of Pico de Orizaba. The room we were given could have had that view but we were on a lower level and had only a view of some warehouse. The buffet style breakfast offered was unappetizing and not hot.
