Downtown secret apartment

Its right next to the Funicular and makes for an amazing start to exploring Zagreb. The host is responsive and the guidebooks are much appreciated.

Near the center of the city

Bathtub was very high, we prefer walk-in showers. I was not able to turn in electric stove top.

The apartment is in vicinity of the main square, right next to the funicular. The bed wasn't too bad (soft matress).

The apartment is situated in an old building, therefore the heating is not the best, as the heat evaporates through (probably) uninsulated walls. The bathroom is the coldest since its next to the entrance and has one radiator that can't heat up the space efficiently. There is also the small terrace right next to the kitchen that has sliding doors, meaning they can't be sealed properly, therefore the cold is constantly creeping in the apartment. We had to keep the air conditioning going at all times. During our stay it was also raining heavily and the plaster on ceiling was falling off. We weren't happy with the cleanliness of the place, as we had to wash all plates, cups and other utensils, because they were visibly dirty.

Was perfect for our short stay. Clean comfy, separate little kitchen. Inclinator outside our door. Lovely little eateries down the steps. Within walking distance to shops, trams running past so easy to get around.
