Posizione centralissima. Nonostante i disagi, il gestore ha ben compreso gli inconvenienti occorsi durante il soggiorno.

Lo schiamazzo alle 4 del mattino dei vicini di stanza e l'aria condizionata spenta. Non è stato possibile aprire le finestre a causa di piccioni e degli odori provenienti dal basso (soffritto di cipolla).
