"Accommodation without basic standards for renting."

We came to the reserved apartment and left after a short time. The apartment is as in the pictures and the location is good. What we decided was unacceptable to us was the large amount of food, even cooked in the refrigerator, that we would use. A large amount of personal items that were used immediately before our arrival (toothbrushes, towels, personal hygiene products, wardrobe, etc.) Based on my travels so far, I can conclude that the accommodation does not meet the basic standards for renting out to other people. I requested full refund, and after third attempt, Booking answered, fully supported me. But still haven't received money.
