Whiteflower Resort Morjim

Staff were exceptional. The service they provided was really great inspite of the limitation of the site such as solar water heating, lack of drying racks, issue with locks, tv, refrigeration, etc. they were prompt to solve or help is at any time. Gaurav lead the team very well and they were all very helpful and patient with our large group. The food was really great.

While the place was cozy and well setup.. it seems they need to do some proper maintenance/upgrades across. We had booked 6 rooms and some of the issues seems consistent across.. some of them are - * Super slow and outdated android tvs which takes ages to load and use * The hot water kettles are broken in some rooms Our room refrigerator just lit on never cooled anything for the 7 days we stayed. * They need a solution for got water after sunset that does not involve their staff hauling buckets for hot water to rooms. * Daily supply of water bottles, coffee, tea supplies wouldn't come until asked for.

Room ambience was sooo good... And entire view just wonderful. Good stufff. Good food

The property was okay rooms were clean

There was a leakage from the AC we asked the manager to change the room, he changed the room for 1 day and said that we had to shift back to the room which was alloted to us earlier we shifted back with a condition that the problem would be resolved however the problem still persisted. They don’t really value the customer experience.

The stay is neat and tidy. The staff is also quick.

The rooms are beautifully designed, very comfortable bed and super nice shower. I ordered breakfast and it was a reasonable price and really tasty. Staff are awesome and cute dogs out front are very welcoming.
