The location was excellent and very convenient, just a few steps from the promenade.

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing accommodation experience we have ever had. In our experience, the cleanliness of the apartment was far below expectations. There were large spider webs in every corner of both the apartment and the terrace. The floor was visibly dirty and unswept. The terrace was extremely dirty, the refrigerator was unclean, and there were visible greasy hand marks and dirt on the kitchen cabinet doors and on the refrigerator door. There were hairs all over the sofa and on the blankets stored in the wardrobe. Even the coffee pot was rusty and contained old coffee residue, making it unusable. Most concerningly, there was broken glass on the floor. Fortunately, my husband noticed it immediately and removed it before our 2-year-old child, who plays on the floor, could get injured. When we reported these issues, the initial response was a suggestion that we cancel the reservation and accept a reduced price. Only after we specifically asked for a solution regarding the cleanliness problems, we were informed that the apartment could be cleaned the following day. Overall, the level of cleanliness, the safety concern caused by the broken glass, and the way the situation was handled fell far below our expectations and significantly affected our stay.

The location was great and there was an elevator in the building. The kitchen was sufficient, had the basics.

The apartment was very dirty. There was dust literally in every corner. The carpets were not vacuumed as they had small pieces of food in it. There was hair in multiple places, especially quite visible in the bathroom. The first towel was musty (smelled bad) and it was really difficult to continue using others afterwards. The pan was greasy and the drawers in the kitchen also had dirt in them. The window blinds did not work in the living room, hence the daylight was bad. The balcony was desperate, hardly was cleaned recently. The communication regarding the issues was very poor, we gave up right away of potentialy improving the situation. Generally, a really poor experience. It's the first time I am writing this kind of review unfortunately.

Odličan smeštaj! Sve je bilo besprekorno čisto, domaćini ljubazni, a ambijent vrlo prijatan. Zaista sam uživala i bez razmišljanja bih se vratila ponovo. Topla preporuka!
