Location, cleanliness and staff

Having to pay upfront to end up having two payments and 2 invoices. Quoted in USD and charged in kwacha. Internet was pathetic with speed issues. Anything can be free but at under 1 mbs does it matter

Location, very convenient near Blantyre City Centre as well as Chichiri Shopping Mall

Breakfast should have a variety and some mattresses need changing as they're too hard.
