USLocation and size of room good
Staff very limited English so difficult to get information or help during stay. Also they want to charge for amenities most hotels include free...eg drinking water, Nespresso capsules for the Nespresso machine in the room.
JP軽井沢駅から車で数分の距離です。 建物の目の前に駐車場があり、荷物が多くても便利です。2階は階段での移動になるので、1階で良かったと思います。 4人滞在で、2人がベッド、1人がソファーベッド、1人が和室と、それぞれのプライベート空間も保たれました。 トイレが２つついていたのも良かったです。
清掃はしっかりされていますが、全体的に使用感がありました。
