JPJP初めてこういったタイプの施設を利用しました。ホテルよりも広くて開放感があり、リラックスできました。清潔感もありとても過ごしやすかったです。 子供達が1番楽しんでいたように思います。
備え付けのコーヒーメーカーの使い方がイマイチ分かりにくく、説明書もざっくりとしていて知りたいことがわからなかったことが残念です。 あと使用後のリネンやゴミをだす場所が階段下と表記がありましたが、出す位置が同じではないので、場所が詳しく書いてある案内図があるとわかりやすいかと思いました。
PHIt's spacious and clean. It has all the utensils you need for cooking. There was 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds where my parents slept. My wife and I laid down the futons on the tatami room.
We stayed around summer so although it's just 11 min away from the Karuizawa station, it is still hot to walk around.

SGThey have all the appliances at the apartment to make the stay comfy. The heater worked perfectly.
The pedestrian walkway between the train station and apartment was all covered in snow. That made walking between the apartment and train station difficult. Next, the roads are dimly lit at night. Hence, it’s easier to take a taxi from train station to the apartment at night. It costs ¥700 one way.
NZThe rooms were spacious and everything was beautifully maintained. The kitchen and two toilets were very convenient too.
