HKThis is an outstanding hotel in every sense: courteous and professional staff, beautiful installations, outstanding location within short distance of many restaurants and shops, very comfortable and spacious rooms, and an Executive Client Relations Manager, Carla Lograzzo, who went out of her way to make sure my wife and I felt at home. Breakfast was wonderful and the waiters were very attentive to our needs. The Executive Suites is definitely my hotel of choice for all future travel to the beautiful city of Valencia.
We did find a couple of issues with the room that I had to report to the front desk, but they were promptly fixed by a very competent maintenance team.
