The facilities in the room, especially the TV, washing machine, fridge, cooking utensils and equipment are fully furnished, which feeling like staying at home. Environment are good and comfortable, as well as the services.

Communication problems with the receptions (they are unable to provide a good recommendation, to tell the location of a place , or the best way to get to a specific place) , no guide (brochures) for nearby interesting places to visit, and foods. The cleanliness of the bed need improvements.

السرير لم يكن نظيفا وهناك رائحة لايوجد مناديل في الغرفة ولكن طلبنا واحضروها طلبنا عشاء خدمة الغرف وكان جدا سيئ الفطور ماتوجد بها خيارات للعرب

Room is a good size. We got a free upgrade and it came with a kitchen and water dispenser-- super useful in this humid country. Breakfast buffet is not the best for vegans like myself but they have a good selection. The place itself is good but the location I'm not so sure. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking the streets at night.

The room is not soundproof. Be prepared to wake up around sunrise. There's no way of turning the lights around the wardrobe off.
