Honestly, except for the two servers at breakfast table, there wasn't anything else.

There were a number of things that went wrong with my stay. 1. Constant power outages. Around 15 times throughout my stay. Scary part was, it went when I was in shower. 2. We were given a faulty room on the ground floor where the air conditioning was not working properly. Even when switched on to it's maximum it barely worked. 3. I was overcharged by the front desk agent at check-in. And don't understand why it wasn't reversed immediately. Its still not. Even spoken to their management, head of operations. Highly inefficient team. 4. My concerns would have been handled had there been a manager on duty. But to my dismay, there was no manager available at checkout to address my concerns, which was not acceptable. 5. Location and accessibility of the hotel. Shady locality, where you have to park your car outside and walk about ten minutes to the hotel. 6. I paid around 7k for a night. Because this was an ITC heritage property. But it is not worth half that. This whole experience has been distasteful. And I would be careful around heritage properties. Staff were okay, but the property itself, it's accessibility, customer service levels, and basic necessities such as electricity are a big issue. And in case you do face issues be prepared to not receive any help from their hotel's GM, ITC head of operations, and management. I have reported booking.com not to market this property and will do so with other OTAs. Please do yourself a favour. Book a hotel near civil lines. You'll thank me later.
