Place was clean, kitchen was complete with necessary cutlery, washing machine available, nice apartment decoration in general.

We stayed 5 nights at this place. The bed (mattress) was very uncomfortable!! It was old, very noisy as soon as you turned on your sides and unhealthy for who suffers of back pain. Strongly suggest that the owner should invest in such important details as bed and buy a new mattress. Also the iron support for the bed was quite old fashioned . Mosquitos were also an issue in all house area, if you open the windows you’d get lots of them and you can’t sleep at night. Again the owner should invest and get mosquitos nets for all windows. Area also is quite noisy at night , lots of traffic, and you can actually hear what people passing by are saying outside - as the apartment is at ground floor . The price should be lower considering the location (outside the city center - 10 mins driving to the sea) and the lack of bed comfort , mainly.

Friendly and accommodating host, well located property. Clean and tidy.

The only thing I would improve is the firmness of the mattress. Definitely too soft, a hard one would be healthier for the spine

Excellent location. 10 minutes to train station and bus stop 1 min away. Flat has good wi fi connection . Coffee shop/ bar 2 minutes away Very handy supermarket 2 minutes away .Large bathroom with good shower. Outside garden space with chairs and table. King size bedroom with lots of storage space.Kitchen well equipped with oven/hob and fridge freezer. Lots of special touches on arrival (tea/ coffee/dressing gowns/cakes/bottled water). Marco is a very nice and welcoming host.
