Everything was great. The room is clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. The host was quite helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a modern stay in Marrakech.

Location was okay and had 3 restaurants next door.

We were not given the exact address after payment was made, and it was a non refundable booking. A day before we arrived. I had to email them to ask for the address. The address given was the Danish Consulate. We waited 20 minutes in the heat for the host to give us the keys. The apartment is actually across the street. Don't understand the secrecy. Is it because they received bad reviews elsewhere, and are hiding the address? There was no dryer as advertised, which was the reason why we chose the unit. Host insisted the 600rpm spin is a drying function. This is false advertising. Unit was dirty (see pics attached) 1. Dirty and wet "tea towels" left in the washer 2. Filthy kitchen and drawers 3. Pots and pan are all scratched up, 4. Kettle turns on but does not boil 5. Hairdryer has a USA power plug. No adapter, can't be used. 6. No toiletries in the bathroom as advertised except handsoap 7. Toilet seat cover does not fit toilet bowl, and left a gaping hole 8. Lights are not working in one bedroom 9. No bedsheets and pillowcases in another bedroom 10. WiFi did not work on 3rd morning of our stay. Host did not pay bill , only paid after we informed it was not working Aside from the WiFi incident, the host has been unresponsive to every other issue raised. Unit is not fit for rental. Please do not stay in this apartment!
