Spacious room with perfect beds, great outdoor pool, amazing staff

Breakfast was poor and doesnโ€™t worth money, massage at SPA was also not so good.

Clean, polite staff,good breakfast selection, good conference venue and catering.

Some staff struggled with English, no black tea sachets in room and Hรดtel ran out of it. But manager quickly sorted it and sent me a fresh pot of Turkish coffee!

The staff were exceptionally helpful & kind to an older English speaking woman traveling alone. I missed having a โ€œcave room โ€œ experience but I enjoyed the clean large rooms with air conditioning, light, & wonderful modern large shower /bathroom ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
