Excellent central location right in the heart of the city. Everything was within easy walking distance. There was even an entrance from Lambton Quay (which is different from the main entrance lobby). The apartment was nicely decorated with plenty of room to spread out for our 3 night stay.

Our checkin was late in the evening (and we had notified them of this in advance). We waited for several minutes before being buzzed into the reception lobby, even though staff could see us waiting there with our luggage. The welcome we received was not very friendly and instructions were not given freely, so we had to ask for questions especially on how to access the Lambton Quay entrance. This unfriendly welcome unfortunately let this beautiful place down. The curtains in the apartment didn't fully close together and the lights from the LED display on the Westpac building shone right into our apartment.
