Casa mia Milano Malpensa

كان السكن نظيف و المضيف ودود

الموقع قريب من المطار و لا بوجد مصعد بعني اذا كان معك عائله و شنط نا انصحكم فيها الدرج متعب مع الشنط كنت حاجز مع الإفطار ولم يتم تقديم الافطار في اي يوم من الايام علماً بأني حجزت 3 ايام و عندما سألته عن الافطار لم يرد الغرف صفيرة جداً والمطبخ في جزء من الغرفه عندما طلبت ادوات نظافه لم يوفر لي سوى منشفه؟!!!

Very aggressive and violet host, NOT SAFE environment They trapped us and kept our money even though they couldn’t accommodate us. The room is in the host and his wife house

We arrived at 21:20 and the host shouted at us because he was sleeping and he had to wake up. He refused us to stay because he had overbooking and he was not expecting us. He said we will get a refund if we leave but he scammed us and make a fake accusation that we did not show our passports. We did have a passport with us and they never asked to see it. We lost all the money that we paid and had to call the police because they were threatening us and shouting to leave the place. At the end we left because we were not feeling safe and because we had no choice. It was late and very difficult to find alternative accommodation when we find somewhere to stay it was already 5am. I’m still waiting for the police report and a follow up with booking.com and the local council.

La camera è molto bella. Pulizia impeccabile. Host simpatico e disponibile.

O apartamento estava muito limpo, possui boas instalações e ótima cama. Ótimo lugar para pernoitar próximo ao aeroporto Malpensa

Falta armário, mas como estávamos em apenas uma pernoite não nos dês falta.
