No parking to go check in. Room smelled bad. Card for lock didn’t work. Beeping all night

Property was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. There were also vending machines with a lot of variety.

My only struggle was figuring out the layout. I did get lost once or twice. Also, there wasn’t a “do not disturb” sign so one of the janitorial workers almost went into my room while I was in there. But other than that my stay was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself has a beautiful design and feels thoughtfully put together. The bathroom is a good size and well done. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent – really well equipped with a great oven, a very large fridge and freezer, a toaster, and plenty of glasses and cutlery. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll definitely like this setup.

The biggest issue by far: Every single time we opened the door to the room, there was a strong sewage smell, clearly coming from the pipes. When we first entered, it smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals trying to mask it – the combination was honestly quite unpleasant. You adjust to the disgusting smell after a while in the room, but - just disgusting it was. The air conditioning seemed to function mainly through the bathroom/toilet area, which made the room overall too warm most of the time. Our apartment was on the ground floor, which made it quite dark. If you open the blinds, people can immediately see inside, so you’re forced to keep them closed most of the time. Despite the great kitchen, there is no table or proper seating area to actually enjoy a meal, which is a real missed opportunity. The balcony also feels incomplete – there are only two chairs, but no table or lounger. The pool area lacks atmosphere, and the weather at the end of April made it worse – extremely hot, wet, almost like constant hot air blowing in your face, with a grey-white sky. It didn’t feel relaxing or enjoyable to spend time there at the pool. By the way, as we had considered booking it - SO glad we did not: The apartments with a terrace are located just a few meters from a busy freeway, making it extremely loud and unpleasant at all times. The view alone! - Jesus! - In reality, this outdoor space is not usable – it’s hard to understand how something like this was designed without considering the noise and overall experience.
