The hotel manager, Naveen, was absolutely excellent! When we needed transportation from our hotel in Shimla, he arranged a cab for us (Innova) with a very good driver at an very reasonable price. He was also very helpful when it came to organizing transportation in and around Narkanda.

Rooms neat and clean. Bedsheets, towels, napkins excellent quality. Good location. Excellent food.

Exceptional Location, Clean Property

1. its a vegetarian hotel and very limited food choices that too with very expensive pricing 2. The HVAC system only available for Cooling no heating available. They Provide Extra Pedestal heater to heat the room. 3. No Centralized Heat Pump for Washroom they have room Gyser which is very poor in working.

Location, very polite and helpful staff, very communicative, Mr. Naveen was in touch with us almost everyday till we arrived. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful property a short walk to the market area.
