The staffs were very professional especially Mr. IAN and Stephen who assisted me personally during my time. The room size and the views were worth it especially the fireworks on the 31st night was mind blowing from the 8th floor. The cleaning was never compromised as the beddings and Duvets could be changed atleast 2 twice a day upon request.

Food was generally expensive and cold hence we decided to eat fresh food outside. You can find the CINE MALL with just less than 7mins walking distance where you can find popular restaurants in there

"Great Hotel"

Excellent location next to Sarit Centre. Hotel has a decent breakfast and good clean rooms. Service is great too.. very accomodating to your needs. Perfect for families and kids as they have a ps5 in the lobby and games/toys for kids.

"Short but nice"

The personnel is very kind . On arrival we found out that the room would be to small for two adults and two young kids but they were very quick to get as a interconnected rooms at a discount .

"Everything was on point."

Everything was on point. The staff were exceptionally amazing and helpful. The poolside mocktails & cocktails were outstanding. The view was magnificent as we had a fireworks display in one of the days.
