l'appartamento si trova a pochi metri dal lago

la struttura è obsoleta, situata sopra un bagno pubblico, le tapparelle sono inutilizzabili, non c'è pressione dell'acqua nel rubinetto in cucina, la porta del bagno non chiude correttamente, la sistemazione prevede principalmente divani letto

la posizione e ottima non ce la colazione ma appena si esce c'e subito il bar e a 50 metri circa inizi il lungo lago con una serie di alberghi ristoranti di tutte le tipologie ,gelaterie,, noleggio barche , noleggio biciclette viale molto alberato e in ombra al mattino ,
