Behaviour of the staff, location of the hotel, food tastes good.

The cost of the food items are enormously high almost doubled, the quantity of food is half than regular, bathrooms are not clean at all and taps are not functioning properly, no hot water , power cut every now then.

The luxurious layer of dust and dirt that welcomes you in the reception area. Despite having several staff sitting around not doing anything, they wisely go next door to get food from there.

We were forced to spend one night there because we had booked an afternoon and morning safari with them. We left immediately after the morning safari, even though we booked 2 nights. No refund was offered. The ensuite was filthy with a toilet that has never seen a clean. My wife left a message "please clean me" in the dirt on the bedroom floor. My not sure how many people had slept in the unwashed sheets that we had, and I don't really want to know.
