La habitación que me tocó es muy amplía, iluminada y bien ventilada, la cama riquísima, la regadera y el televisor funcionaron muy bien. El precio incluye el desayuno: huevos al gusto, café, jugo, pan y fruta. El personal es muy amable. Te sientes seguro dentro de sus amplias instalaciones. Para ir al centro tomas un taxi que te cobra $60.00, al embarcadero puedes llegar caminando.

El lugar luce viejo, en Semana Santa solo hay dos personas en todo el hotel, dos, por el costo pagado no vale la pena, el desayuno es una burla, solo desayunas hueco con chorizo si tienes suerte y llegas antes de que se acabe, café y un juguito, no hay más, indican que el desayuno empieza a las 8:30 pero no es verdad, te hacen esperar a las 9 am.
Puntos buenos, las cabañas son bokitss y rusticas. En cuanto al desayuno incluido solo se ofrece huevo y frijoles nadamas no hay opcion de otra cosa, consideren si van mas dias sera muy tedioso, la zona se encuentra alejada del centro y la zona no se ve muy segura. Considero que hay mejores opciones y a un precio mas bueno
The help leaves at 10 pm, and a family of 5 was about 12 feet from my room. They had a daughter that was literally screaming at 12 midnight. I asked them nicely to please sleep, they just kept laughing. I called the phone number, no one responded. Not even today, 4 days later. I did not sleep ALL NIGHT because of them. It was impossible to reach management her. Also I am upset that hotels.com would even recommend this hotel to me. I asked for central and downtown. I am a senior, and there are so many stairs and no hand rails. I almost fell 2 times! Only restaurant was 5-6 blocks away. To go to the lake or downtown, walk 5-6 blocks, then try to figure out which direction to go.
