Nu mi-a plăcut deloc această locație. Nici măcar nu am stat două minute înăuntru, pentru că condițiile erau foarte slabe. Mi se pare inadmisibil să se ceară 200 de lei pentru așa ceva. Era umezeală, mizerie peste tot și chiar un ziar aruncat pe jos. Sincer, era mai bine să stai în cort. I-am cerut si bani înapoi in condițiile prescrise mai sus și răspunsu a fost “ce are locația ?” În plus, consider că era normal să primesc măcar un răspuns și o soluție, mai ales că nu am fost cazată acolo. Aș dori returnarea banilor pentru această experiență neplăcută.

Patul a fost confortabil

Probleme cu încălzirea, nu facea față, raspuns greu de la proprietar, apa caldă venea dupa 2 minute de așteptat

The property is a big scam. Money hunger! We booked and cancelled our stay in a span of 30 minutes but they refused to refund us. The property took the money even we called them to ask nicely the refund. Full of dust, the bed with bugs, all the corners, toilet, fridge is disgusting and not passable to health and hygiene safety. They scammed us by showing a luxury apartment but it was just a small room in the middle of poor condition address.

The property refused to give the refund even we cancelled our stay. They intentionally declined the refund request. We saw late the reviews from air bnb and everywhere how disgusting this place is. We took photos as proof. We cannot negotiate a refund with a money hungry individual. He even said that of course if they will post the property as not an apartment the booking.com will not accept it. Of course! People need to know how bad is the situation.
