Our bolt drive could not find it so cost is a lot extra

It was clean

There were a lot of facilities missing and no staff or restaurant or bar... plug socket was hanging off the wall too, we ended up booking into a new hotel on the 9th.. messaged the host twice with no reply

Easy self check in, great size room, comfortable bed and large bathroom

At night, if people were walking down the corridor it sounded very loud as though they were in the room

Clean and cozy.

The staff member Malin was incredibly hospitable. Helped me with any queries and support. Provided excellent food and was very sincere.

Location was superb in regards to the therme. The garden and common room were really nice and full of sunlight.

Communication with the stuff was hard in English. We had certain things that we could not eat and they didn't have any option nor they were able to propose alternatives. We had to send back one dish because was not according to the menu description. And another time we explained everything and we still got some bread in the plate.. And they still charged us for the full price even though we removed most of the ingredients. The pillow and mattress were quite uncomfortable (this is personal taste of course), the mattress spring were making noise at the minimum movement. The bedroom door had glass window (not look-through of course) but there was so much light coming in that we couldn't really sleep well The place is in a great location if you are going to the therme but and if it wasn't for the food related issue and light coming in the bedroom the score would have been much higher.

Very clean, simple rooms with a lot of space. The rooms have been nicely decorated with just a few simple items, tasteful bath tiles and plants. The staff is really lovely, friendly and welcoming, the restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and the whole place is beautiful. Nice garden with lovely terrace and furniture, lovely decorated restaurant and amazing cakes in the bakery section. Would go back any time!

The location was great for the spa (13 minute walk), there is food and drink available downstairs with an outdoor seating area..

The room was freezing on a night, a really thin sheet was supplied on the bed, people were banging the front door all night, the room wasn't secure (pin code only) and the staff let other guests in to our room at 8am in the morning while we were getting ready, didn't apologise and just walked back out.

The room was spacious and well decorated. The cafe downstairs was very good for food and drinks. The staff were amazing. When we got there the previous guests had a late checkout, which meant we had to wait a little to get in our room. But the staff made us a free coffee and we chilled out in the cafe.

The aircon didn’t work in our room so it was a little cold in the room at night when we were trying to sleep.
