Dinbnb Apartments Bryggen

I paid for the early check in to the apartment, but when we arrived, the key from the apartment was not in the pick up box. Noone knew where the key was. We waited for several hours and then we were told that the keys would be sometime late in the evening and after that the cleaning would clean the apartment and only after that we would be able to access the apartment. And all of this with prepaid early check in. After waiting for several hours with my whole family and with my luggage on the streets of Bergen under the heavy rain, we decided to look for another accommodation, which was quite difficult and expensive, because it was the high tourist season in Bergen, After several days and me complaining to Booking, the money for accommodation were returned, but the money that I paid for the early check in and late check out directly on the site of the apartments were never returned!I strongly not recommend this accommodation!!!

Pretty room and everything were there we needed

Owner did not send us the right message for us to get the room key. We lost the time and walked around a lot

Excellent location just opposite the harbour and tourist information center and near to major attractions. Lots of restaurants around and short distance from train and tram stations. Apartment was clean and seems newly renovated. We discovered a very good hot dog stand 3-Kroneren nearby and would recommend a meal at the Daily Pot.

Entrance to the apartment was through an alleyway between shops.
