I recently stayed at Magnolia Apartment, having previously been a guest at the same property under another person's booking. My earlier experience was very positive, which made me feel confident in returning. Unfortunately, this time, the standard of cleanliness fell noticeably short. A major concern was the portable ventilator in the living room, specifically the rotating fan blades, which were coated with a thick layer of black dust. As someone sensitive to dust, this created immediate discomfort and triggered irritation in my nose and breathing issues. This is a health concern, particularly for guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. I have attached pictures of the ventilator to support this observation. There were additional signs of insufficient cleaning: the mattress cover had several blonde hairs on it, although I have dark hair and had not yet used the bed. Dust was also visible on the top shelves of both the refrigerator and the wardrobe, as well as on the window blinds and the heater valves—areas that should be part of routine cleaning. I also requested a late check-out, which was declined. I was informed that I needed to vacate by 10:00 a.m. due to the scheduled arrival of the cleaning service. However, I waited in front of the main building entrance until 10:30 a.m., and no member of the cleaning team arrived during that time. This feedback is intended constructively, as I believe the apartment has many positive qualities and potential. However, greater attention to cleanliness and more flexibility in guest services would significantly improve the experience.

I really enjoyed my stay — everything was perfect! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. A special thank you for the tea — such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended!

The only small issue was the showerhead, which couldn’t be fixed in place and needed to be held — not a big problem, but a bit uncomfortable.

One of the best apartments we stayed in during our trip. Great location — a bus stop is nearby, and a tram line to the city center is not far. There’s a park with a lake within walking distance, and shops, pharmacies, and everything you might need are close. The apartment is very quiet — we didn’t hear any neighbors at all. It’s cozy and beautifully decorated, with everything you need: coffee, tea, sugar, and full kitchen equipment. Suggestions: It would be great to add air conditioning, as the apartment is on the sunny side and heats up quickly in summer. Also, installing mosquito nets on the windows would be a big plus. Having a washing machine in the apartment would be a fantastic addition.

The bedding didn’t feel pleasant to the skin — it would be better to replace it with cotton fabric.
