Location was great on the beach. Budget hotel that's on right on the beach. Staff were helpful. Room was clean.

Air con was super loud but didn't cool much. It also automatically turned off by itself after about an hour or so and there was no way to change the settings on this. Hot water system in the shower wasn't very good. The rooms were definitely not sound proofed, people yelling in the corridors easily traveled into the rooms which seemed to happen every morning.

The location is very accessible. It's a few steps away from stores, coffee shops, restaurants and station one beach front. The bed is huge , comfortable and has nice soft linens. The bathroom has a huge storage space to stow your luggage and clothes and shower has good water pressure.

The balcony room doesn't look out to any view but rather just at the wall of the next building.

Salamat kay kuya siya ung nagligtas sa akin nung nafood poison ako sa La Fiesta and La Carmela buffet, personally niya pa ako inescort sa ambulance. And sobra siyang helpful sa aming mag-asawa sa mga concerns namin, sa land tour and hinatid din kami pag-uwi. Malamig din sobra ung room and malinis and beachfront so value siya for money.

Puro lumot na ung Boracay and sobrang commercialized compared from 10 yrs ago nagpunta ako. Nilinis ni Duterte pero nasira din ulit kay BBM sa overcommercialized na. Tapos ung mga seafood hindi fresh kaya nafood poison ako sa shellfish. Overpriced pa.

Perfect location , clean , we had a comfortable stay, smart tv with Netflix and YouTube App

Slow internet , not for working travelers, floor needs upgrade.

As the name itself, its a beachfront & very accessible to all our favorite establishment.

During our stay, there are late nights & Early morning construction beside Sun Villa. I told one of staff & he said it was from the restaurant beside the hotel. Aside from the noise, everything is ok.

Room too small and did not have a desk like in the description. Entrance looks like a construction site. It needs some water to wash your feet at the entrance. It is full of sand inside for this reason.
