JobelHome Blaha Apartment

The apartment was modern. They left snacks for us.

The area is not very safe. The pigeons that live in the building leave waste on the doorstep and you inevitably step in it. Very unsanitary. They should put some protection above the door. There is no heating downstairs, the AC is upstairs, which will heat/cool down only the upstairs. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The shower doesn’t properly retain water inside it and the water doesn’t drain properly either, as there is no inclination.

Our stay at JobelHome was fantastic overall. Everything was great - location was perfect, cleanliness to amenities(they provided everything you need). Very close to everything. 6mins to New york café. Bus stops were just outside the property which is major convenience, only 2-min walk away, making it very easy to get around.

Everything was perfect, however, during the last 2 days, we experienced an issue with the hot water as the boiler stopped functioning. We reached to the management, and while they were responsive, unfortunately, they couldn’t fix it during our stay. I understand that these things can be unforeseen, but it was a bit inconvenient. That said, they were very understanding and kindly offered a discount, which we found reasonable and appreciated. Aside from this unexpected issue, we truly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this place!

The property is very close to blaha luejha ter (3mins walking) , the apartment is newly renovated and looks exactly like the pictures , we stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed it so much i would highly recommended it

Light switches tricky to use. (Super minor detail) Place is great.

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. We really appreciate the iron and the TV with YouTube. The quality was very great for the price .:))))

The shower was leaking a little. The ligth system was very confusing. It kept switching on during the night which disturbed our sleep. A small light on the stairs couldn't be switched off so we had to cover it during the night. Besides that the stay was very pleasant.

The location is OK, you can reach the city center in 20 mins on foot. All instructions for picking up a key were sent online, the only thing you need is the internet. The kitchen is well equipped, missing only a frying pan. Was able to park in a street next to the apartment, and over weekends parking is free.

The total price is hidden in so-called "taxes" that was 50 Euro, charged in addition. I was in a hurry and didn't notice it before booking. So the Price for 1 night was 65 Euro + 50 Euro "taxes", in total 115 Euro which is too expensive for such type of apartment. As it's the ground floor, the floors are quite cold. You should notice it, especially if you have kids. The area upstairs with the bed has no windows and no fresh air, you need to turn on the air-conditioner to get some air in it overnight.
