Situated in the vibrant nightlife district, supermarkets and restaurants are conveniently accessible. Contrary to my expectations, the area was surprisingly quiet. The house is immaculate and well-maintained. The washing machine and dryer are available for use. Additionally, Roland provided prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries, which I'm really grateful of.

The establishment would be more suitable if the Wi-Fi connectivity had been enhanced. It is consistently slow and unusable, making it challenging to stream videos, even in 240p resolution. The stairway within the apartment becomes quite dark at night. While I do not find this to be a significant issue as a man, women may experience discomfort due to the low lighting. Additionally, the notice regarding the usage of the washing machine and dryer is poorly concealed. I only discovered this information after inquiring about the sudden shutdown of the washing machine. While I take full responsibility for overlooking the posted rules, it would be beneficial if they were relocated to a prominent location near the washing machine, rather than being tucked away.

Great location. The host was good. Generally clean.

The apartment has the bedroom on a separate floor, but the ceiling leading to it is very low, so you need to bend down to access it. The bed is also not very comfortable, as it is essentially two single beds pushed together rather than a proper double bed. Overall, we did not sleep well during our stay. The location is excellent, but it’s worth noting that the area can become quite noisy at night, especially on weekends. The location is great but be aware that during weekends it cam get really noisy at night.

The appartment was super clean!! And the location is PERFECT!! The room was spatious! Once you leave The building, you'll find yourself directly in the middle of the Restaurant streets. 8min to the City center Astoria Meteo station. Check in was smoothly done! I would redo it and advice to All my friends and family!
