The staff was so friendly amd understanding but the owner was so rude he didnt care about anything plus they dont clean your room unless you ask them which i found it unfair

They dont clean the owner was so rude alqays coming for money but nit takw care of the guest stupid

"Great value option on Ngong Rd Kilimani"

Good location with easy access to a few Malls and several restaurants. Good TV with free netflix. Had all the necessary kitchen facilities and decent wifi. Comfortable bed

The room is pretty small and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell due to lack of ventilation. Also they should put a flywire on the window to prevent mosquitoes
