Thank you so much for a wonderful excellent room was given.it was so comfortable on our stay. but due to sudden reason we have to leave the apartment and couldn't stay the night. but the fact is its value for money and it was comfortable like our own home. special thanks to Mr Ranga who did an excellent job taking care of all our needs. He was really helpful and kind to us and went all his way to see that we had a wonderful stay in.... since i am working for a travel company in case anyone who requires anything i will indeed recommend your apartment. and you. sorry to bring this matter up it as a sudden call that i got and had to check out without staying the night. but i was advice by Mr Ranga since he was not available at that time to hand over the key to the housekeeper. with several calls given to him and in the meantime i had booked a cab to go home. I had few miscalls from the cab driver too. but with serval calls given to this guy who is the housekeeper he gives me a call stating ''who are u and why did u call me ....... i explained him the details .... but then it was so rude for him to ask me ..''from where am i with whom did i come and was going on and on.......trying to explain my situation to him he then jokes wz some other guys in a funny way. sorry i didn't like this at all. I wanted to tell him off but i was stop to do it. this is not the service that should be given. When you give a cake with full of cream on it and all kinds of fruits on it. when you try to eat it wz lots of happiness someone comes ruin the entire cake how do you feel.... are u happy or are u upset about it........ our Srilankans are famous to find about others. ether they are happy or they cannot to see others happy. why do i have to explain him. by this my entire stay in was just a running water... please try to see regarding this, because people like this will destroy the entire reputation of this apartments. where its so nice comfortable to everyone. Maintenance and Responsiveness: I was impressed by how efficiently the staff handled any maintenance requests I had. Whether it was a minor issue or a more significant concern, they were always quick to respond and resolve the problem, ensuring that my stay was comfortable throughout. 3. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in keeping the premises in excellent condition. 4. Local Knowledge and Assistance: The staff went above and beyond by providing valuable insights about the local area. They recommended great restaurants, shopping spots, and attractions, which enhanced my overall experience. 5. Friendliness and Professionalism: Every member of the staff I encountered was not only professional but also exceptionally friendly. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns made a significant difference in my stay.
